2025 RMA Learnership Programme Overview

Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) is offering an exciting Learnership Programme aimed at fostering skill development and career growth in the insurance industry. This 12-month programme provides both theoretical learning and hands-on workplace experience, leading to a qualification on the National Qualification Framework. Through structured mentorship and training, participants will gain exposure to real-world tasks and develop essential skills for a successful career in financial services.

Responsibilities

-Participate in a 12-month structured learnership that includes theoretical instruction and practical workplace experience.

-Engage actively with assigned mentors and technical coaches to gain practical skills and competencies.

-Contribute to the assigned business unit in various roles aligned with career aspirations.

-Attend technical and soft skills training sessions designed to support professional growth.

-Complete all tasks, assignments, and assessments as outlined in the programme curriculum.

Requirements

-South African citizen, currently unemployed.

-Must hold a Senior Certificate.

-Classified as Black (Employment Equity).

-Aged 35 years or younger.

-No prior enrollment in any INSETA-registered Learnership programme.

-Strong interest in the financial services sector.

-Proficient in English.
