Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Basic salary of R 10,000 per month.
- Allowances:
- Vehicle allowance: R 2,000 per month
- Cell phone allowance: R 600 per month
- Fuel allowance: R 1,120 for every 8 days
- Incentives: Monthly incentive of R 2,000 for achieving 80%+ call target.
- Additional Benefits:
- Company-provided fuel for personal vehicle use when not driving the gig-rig.
- Company-provided mobile handset and SIM card for business purposes.
- Coverage for accommodation, S&T, and fuel during sleepouts and extensive travel.
Note: The position requires availability to work over weekends and after hours during promotional events. The company offers rest days in lieu of overtime, weekends, and public holidays worked. The salary package is subject to normal taxation and statutory deductions.
