Overview:
AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society is extending an invitation to unemployed South African graduates, aged between 18-35, to apply for the twelve-month Internship Programme for the year 2023/24. Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
  • Managing client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.
  • Escalating customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers promptly.
  • Providing clients with technical assistance on AVBOB Mutual’s products and services.
  • Building positive client relations through regular check-ins and follow-ups on active processes.
  • Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
  • Identifying potential client services concerns through post-service surveys and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging trends in client services and assisting the team in leveraging these trends.
  • Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

  • Financial Degree
  • Accounting/Economics Degree
  • BSc Information Systems
  • Marketing Management Degree
  • Business Administration Degree

Skills and Experience:

  • Data Analytics
  • Sales Experience (advantageous)
  • Customer Service experience (advantageous)
