Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and efficiently.
- Inform clients about company procedures and financial institution guidelines related to finance applications.
- Manage customer situations and respond promptly to their needs.
- Build and maintain customer interest in Auto Pedigree’s services and products.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely responses.
Problem Solving:
- Analyze situations and develop logical solutions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Maintain composure in challenging situations while upholding company values.
- Resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
Administrative Duties:
- Update the Lead Management System with feedback on leads.
- Record activities in required reports.
- Manage email correspondence from clients.
Customer Service:
- Promote brand awareness through marketing opportunities.
- Ensure clients are informed about company procedures and finance applications.
- Solicit feedback to improve service and respond to client requests for assistance.
Miscellaneous:
- Participate in sales and team meetings.
- Attend sales training sessions.
- Adhere to department standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Valid South African ID and driver’s license.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and travel as needed.
