Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Telephone Management: Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers, staff, and stakeholders with inquiries and direct them accordingly.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate schedules.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Visitor Greeting: Welcome and assist visitors.
  • Pre-Opening Tasks: Perform necessary tasks before store opening.
  • Report Compilation: Compile and prepare various reports.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Office Supplies Management: Manage and order office supplies inventory.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
