Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Telephone Management: Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers, staff, and stakeholders with inquiries and direct them accordingly.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate schedules.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

- Report Compilation: Compile and prepare various reports.
