Overview:
The Botswana Prison Service invites applications from qualified, results-oriented, and self-driven individuals for the position of Senior Superintendent (Monitoring and Evaluation). This role is critical for advancing monitoring and evaluation systems within the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of services, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
-Analyze statistical data and prepare detailed reports to guide decision-making.
-Oversee policy implementation and performance evaluation mechanisms.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assess program outcomes.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, or any related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience at the D2 Salary Scale level.
- Strong background in monitoring and evaluation or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of contributing to organizational growth through data-driven insights.
