Overview
Knighthood Marketing, a dynamic multi-dimensional consulting firm, is seeking a qualified and proactive Business Manager to join our team. Our firm specializes in Business Consulting, Secretarial Services, Accounting & Tax, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Printing & Signage, Financial Services, PR & Events. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in business administration and management to oversee daily operations, drive project success, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day operations and assign weekly performance goals, ensuring timely completion.
-Maintain project timelines to ensure effective task accomplishment.
-Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
-Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and equitably.
-Plan, organize, and manage business projects for clients.
-Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
-Formulate, implement, and maintain compliance functions within the organization.
-Ensure timely communication and implementation of regulatory and supervisory requirements.
-Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, regulators, and supervisory bodies.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- COP in Long-term or Short-term Insurance (an added advantage).
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in business administration and middle managerial roles.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with clients through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
