Overview
SKL Group of Camps is hiring 6 Camp Reservations Officers (3 female, 3 male) to join our team. We are looking for passionate individuals aged 25 years or older who are eager to deliver exceptional customer service in the heart of Botswana’s wilderness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservation inquiries and maintain accurate booking records.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about our camps and services.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
