As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity in their daily lives. This position is ideal for those passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care, assisting clients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor client health, promptly reporting any changes.
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, daily activities, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior caregiving, nursing, or healthcare support experience is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform various care tasks, including lifting and supporting clients.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary Expectations:
BWP 20,000 – BWP 27,000 per month
