Key Responsibilities
–Efficient Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions promptly and accurately following established procedures.
–Customer Service Excellence: Address customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring first-time resolution and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
–Cost Awareness: Identify and address risks, wastage, and inefficiencies to contribute to cost containment and productivity improvements.
