Key Responsibilities
–Transaction Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions in line with specified procedures.
–Customer Service: Provide first-time resolution to customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
–Cost Management: Demonstrate cost-conscious behavior by identifying and mitigating risks, preventing wastage, and suggesting process improvements.
–Compliance: Uphold governance and compliance standards, escalating issues or risks for resolution as needed.
–Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, contributing to improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
