Job Overview
FNB Botswana is seeking experienced Human Capital Business Partners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to employees and managers. You will design and implement innovative workforce solutions that support our people-centered business philosophy, drive organizational performance, and create a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Human Capital Management
-Consult with business leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives.
-Partner with specialist HC teams to implement workforce solutions for the future world of work.
-Provide data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making and solve business challenges.
-Drive transformation and diversity initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Coaching and Leadership Development
-Mentor leaders to improve performance and navigate complex human capital challenges.
-Facilitate leadership programs focused on change management, resilience, and collaboration.
-Support leaders in fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and trust.
Workforce Planning and Talent Development
-Collaborate on workforce planning, job profiling, and succession planning initiatives.
-Implement talent management practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
-Facilitate skills transfer and reduce dependencies on key personnel.
Organizational Development and Employee Engagement
- Lead organizational development initiatives to reimagine the future world of work.
- Conduct sense-making sessions to help leaders and employees engage with business strategies.
- Develop and implement solutions that improve employee experiences and drive engagement.
Policy and Process Improvement
- Identify and address inefficiencies in HC processes to enhance agility and customer-centricity.
- Ensure compliance with HC policies and advocate for industry best practices.
Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Provide balanced and credible advice to address business and human capital challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Behavioral Science degree or related qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to develop innovative human capital solutions.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
