Job Overview
Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Gaborone location. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, reducing shrinkage, managing stock, overseeing staff, and controlling expenses to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
–Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met.
–Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock levels to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory.
–People Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity.
–Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget while maximizing profitability.
–Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues effectively.
–Reporting: Provide regular reports to management regarding store performance, including sales, expenses, and stock levels.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Education: Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
