Job Overview
First National Bank (FNB) is looking for a Client Portfolio Analyst to join our Francistown team. This position involves supporting the Client Portfolio Executive by managing client portfolios, including credit facility approvals and ensuring quality risk management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, use data-driven insights, and work collaboratively to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the Client Portfolio Executive in managing and administering client portfolios, including credit approvals and risk management.
-Educate clients on available solutions, ensuring long-term relationship maintenance.
-Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, promptly resolving issues to improve client service delivery.
-Build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.
-Stay updated on legislative changes, industry best practices, and internal compliance requirements to maintain expertise.
-Efficiently plan, administer, and complete activities within agreed timelines.
-Ensure strict compliance with business systems, policies, and procedures.
-Develop standardized documentation, such as templates, guidelines, and FAQs, to improve operational consistency.
-Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement and reengineering initiatives.
-Provide accurate business intelligence by analyzing data trends to inform decisions.
-Collect and assess work progress data to support reporting and highlight areas for improvement.
-Develop a personal growth plan with the team leader or manager to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Prior experience in portfolio management, credit risk analysis, or related roles is preferred.
