Overview:
TransAfrica Life Insurance Company Ltd is seeking 4 dynamic and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Sales Agents. We are looking for motivated self-starters with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Attract, acquire, and retain clients by promoting and selling the company’s insurance products.
-Generate new business opportunities through proactive engagement with potential clients.
-Provide insurance solutions tailored to the needs of Basotho clients.
-Deliver after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
-Contact prospective clients to discuss insurance products and policies.
-Meet with potential clients to assess and update their insurance coverage.
-Explain various insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
-Assist clients in filing insurance claims and resolving related concerns.
-Contribute to achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
–Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing or a related qualification.
–Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
-Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in presenting and reporting sales information.
-Solid understanding of insurance policies and the industry.
-Goal-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
-Willingness to work extra hours when required.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
