Job Title: Skills Trainer
Purpose:
The Skills Trainer will support Branch Managers by facilitating, managing, and coordinating organizational Training & Development initiatives. Acting as a liaison between the Operations Leadership, HR Team, and Branch Managers, the role focuses on team member training, franchise store standards, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
-Train, coach, and certify team members per brand standards.
-Conduct Restaurant Orientation for new store staff and managers.
-Assist Branch Managers with training evaluations to ensure knowledge retention.
-Manage and conduct annual assessments for employees.
-Identify and assess additional training needs, collaborating with the Operations and HR Departments.
-Approve and issue certifications by inspecting required documentation.
-Present training courses as needed.
-Provide manpower development input above store level.
-Deliver training programs to address performance gaps.
-Communicate progress reports on training and development initiatives.
Skills Requirements:
-Experience in franchise store management.
-Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
-Understanding of the learning process, especially in in-store training.
-Ability to implement participative training techniques.
Requirements:
-Degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification.
-Accredited BQA Trainer certification.
-Experience in Food and Beverage operations management or a related field.
-2–5 years of relevant work experience.
