Key Responsibilities

-Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.

-Oversee and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and maintaining discipline.

-Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and development.

-Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective usage.

-Prepare and present high-quality dishes across various cuisines, with a strong focus on pastry skills.

-Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all kitchen activities.

-Maintain administrative records related to kitchen operations, including schedules and reports.


Qualifications and Experience

-Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role.

-Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

-In-depth understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen procedures.

-Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.

-Strong expertise in the pastry department is a must.

-Administrative skills to manage kitchen documentation and operations.
