Job Overview
FNB is seeking a Quality Assurer to facilitate quality delivery and ensure adherence to established quality standards across various business segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality methodologies, monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
-Facilitate quality assurance processes across various teams to ensure service excellence.
-Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
-Implement quality methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
-Deploy quality management tools to track, measure, and improve service delivery.
-Act as a feedback channel for quality-related issues and ensure effective resolution.
-Communicate quality initiatives and best practices across teams to drive awareness and compliance.
-Provide market intelligence by analyzing customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights using internal and external data sources.
-Contribute to market analysis and segmentation, offering insights to enhance customer service strategies.
-Align business processes with customer expectations to improve service efficiency and satisfaction.
-Identify potential risks within operational processes and develop action plans to mitigate them effectively.
Requirements
-Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Compliance Monitoring.
-Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.
-Ability to analyze and interpret market trends, customer insights, and competitor data.
-Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and business segments.
-Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial services.
