Overview
Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) is seeking a dedicated and professional Courier (Code 08) to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pick-up and delivery services, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
-Perform on-road courier operations, including domestic and international pick-ups and deliveries.
-Manage dispatch and sorting operations at station and hub locations.
-Ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments.
-Maintain high levels of customer service by providing professional and courteous service.
-Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations.
-Assist with picking, packing, and loading operations as required.
-Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient route planning and time management.
Requirements
-Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
-Experience in courier, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent planning and organizational skills.
-Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
