1. Restaurant Manager
Overview:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality food and service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

2. Waiters
