Overview:
The Waiter will be responsible for serving food and beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer payments and process transactions if required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a waiter or hospitality role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
