Overview
FNB is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing customer needs, processing requests, and providing innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing the customer base, and achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are understood and requests are processed accurately.
-Analyse credit data to assess risks associated with extending credit or lending money.
-Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions.
-Manage and grow existing client portfolios by generating leads and maintaining active client engagement.
-Maintain expert knowledge of specific banking products, pricing, application procedures, and processing timelines.
-Maximise cross-selling opportunities within the business portfolio to strengthen client relationships.
-Contact prospective clients and sell suitable banking products to meet sales targets.
-Ensure efficient administrative support through careful planning and timely reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Relevant qualification in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or financial services.
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
