Overview
FNB is seeking a versatile and dynamic Multi-Skilled Consultant to provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants, and Cash Migration Officials. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of functional areas while achieving net profit growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, sales proficiency, and the ability to handle customer complaints efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide relief support for Teller, Collections Consultants, and Cash Migration Official roles to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Achieve net profit growth for the business by converting identified leads into successful sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences according to Balanced Scorecard standards.
- Engage professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to collection activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets as set according to the relevant business area or sales plan.
- Manage performance standards for relief roles in Telling, Service, Sales, or Administration.
- Approve, validate, verify, check, and authorise frontline activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
- Track, control, and influence sales activities to enhance sales efficiencies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Relevant qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a multi-functional role in the banking sector.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to engage with customers professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software.
