- Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, language, and operating equipment
- Duties:
- Clean kitchen utensils and equipment
- Provide catering support services
- Maintain stock of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Apply hygiene and safety measures and quality control standards

- Familiarity with registry duties and data capture
- Understanding of filing, storage, and retrieval procedures
- Duties:
- Provide efficient registry counter services by addressing client queries and handling incoming calls
- Receive, register, sort, and dispatch hand-delivered mail and official documents
- Maintain an effective filing and record management system
- Operate office machines (scanners, photocopiers, binding equipment)
- Conduct regular file audits and ensure compliance with registry protocols
- Assist with logistical arrangements for ICT staff as required
