Overview:
Hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors to manage cost estimates and budgets for construction and maintenance projects during the shutdown.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
-Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations.
-Monitor project costs and report on variances.
-Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
Requirements and Skills:
-Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
-Minimum of 4 years experience in industrial or construction projects.
-Strong analytical and numerical skills.
-Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
