Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Operations Officer to support the day-to-day functions of our organization. Responsibilities:
-Perform daily administrative and operational duties to support business functions.
-Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, and update company databases.
-Oversee procurement, inventory management, filing systems, and logistics to ensure efficiency.
-Assist with quotations, invoices, expense tracking, reports, and sales activity coordination with suppliers and clients.
-Handle client communications, customer relationship management, and supplier coordination.
-Support document preparation, strategic communication, and compliance with company policies.
-Assist management in executing business goals, operational strategies, and company vision.
-Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:
-A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
-A proactive and adaptable problem-solver.
