Overview:

Sprint Couriers is seeking a highly skilled IT Officer to provide responsive, high-quality IT support and oversee internal networks, server infrastructure, and software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT assets, implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues concerning hardware, software, networks, and system performance.

-Oversee internal networks, server infrastructure, and software applications to ensure high availability and reliability.

-Maintain and repair IT hardware, as well as manage software upgrades across the organization.

-Implement cybersecurity measures, conduct security audits, and ensure data protection compliance.

-Work closely with business units to assess IT needs and implement effective technical solutions.

-Manage IT assets, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements.

-Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery aligned with strategic goals.

-Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, prepare reports, and develop training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.

-Proficiency in hardware and software maintenance, network management, and troubleshooting.

-Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.

-Experience with system optimization, integration, and IT project management.

-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong attention to detail and efficiency.
