1. Cleaners (110 positions)
Overview:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in hospital settings, ensuring a sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine cleaning tasks in patient rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and waiting areas.
-Ensure all hospital areas meet infection control standards.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of hospital equipment and high-touch surfaces.
Requirements:
–PSLE/JC qualification.
-Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
-Understanding of infection control standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
-Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
2. Supervisors (8 positions)
Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations in hospital facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
-Conduct quality checks and report any maintenance or cleaning issues.
-Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
-Motivate and train cleaning staff to improve service quality.
Requirements:
–BGCSE or higher qualification.
-Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
3. Infection Control Officer (1 position)
Overview:
Responsible for developing, enforcing, and monitoring infection control protocols in hospital cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infection control policies in hospital environments.
- Train cleaning teams on proper infection control measures and best practices.
- Monitor infection control procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Work with hospital management to improve sanitation and infection prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Infection Control, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Previous experience in infection control, healthcare, or sanitation.
- Strong understanding of infection prevention techniques and hospital sanitation standards.
- Ability to train and educate staff on infection control protocols.
