Putco Ltd is offering an exclusive 12-month Bus Driver Learnership Program for women who are passionate about building a career in professional driving. This opportunity provides valuable training, skills development, and hands-on experience in the Road Passenger Transport Industry.
Learnership Details
This learnership is structured towards achieving the Occupational Certificate: Bus Driver and will be conducted at the Larimar Training Academy in Linbro Park.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
–Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and English (essential).
–Valid Code 14 (EC) or Code 10 (C or EC1 0.4) driver’s license (Heavy-Duty).
–Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
-Must be unemployed and under 35 years of age.
-Must be in good health and fit for duty.
-Must demonstrate a strong willingness to pursue a career in professional passenger transport.
Conditions of Employment
As per Sectoral Determination No. 5: Learnerships, the following conditions apply:
–12-month fixed-term learnership contract.
–Learner allowance of R2 700 per month.
–15 days of annual leave during the contract period.
