Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Australia Awards Scholarships 2026, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an eligible country and apply from their country of citizenship.
- Not hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Not be married or engaged to a person with Australian or New Zealand citizenship/residency.
- Not be currently serving in the military.
- Not have received a long-term Australian scholarship in the past (unless having lived outside Australia for twice the length of their previous stay).
- Meet all eligibility and admission requirements of the Australian institution.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to the development of their home country.
Benefits

- Fill in all required sections, upload supporting documents, and save your progress.
- You can edit and update until submission—but incomplete or draft applications will not be considered.
- Double-check everything before submitting.
2. Email Submission (If Online System Is Unavailable):
