Overview:
Vassco Distributors, a wholesale distribution company, is seeking a Code 10 Truck Driver for a fixed-term contract of three months. The ideal candidate will have experience driving Code 10 UD trucks for deliveries and reside near Silverton.
Responsibilities:
-Safely drive to customer destinations.
-Assist with the picking, loading, and unloading of stock.
-Maintain accurate logs of activities.
-Ensure the vehicle is kept in good working condition.
-Accept payments from customers upon delivery.
Requirements:
-Matric certificate.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
-Previous experience in the Food and Beverage Wholesale industry.
-Valid Code 10 Driver’s License.
-Valid PrDP for Goods and Passengers.
-Defensive Driving Course is advantageous.
