Programme Overview
De Beers invites highly motivated and talented graduates to join the International Graduate Development Programmeβa dynamic, two-year rotational programme designed to develop future leaders across various business units. The programme offers a structured learning journey that includes nine rotational placements, international exposure, mentorship, and robust development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
- A relevant degree in one or more of the fields listed above
- Graduates with no more than two (2) years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to rotate across departments and countries (where applicable)
- Must successfully pass security and medical checks
