Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee alarm monitoring activities and emergency responses.
- Supervise control room staff and maintain shift schedules.
- Liaise with clients and response teams during incidents.
- Conduct system checks and report faults.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BGCSE.
- Experience in security control room operations.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of alarm systems and communication protocols.
