Overview:
G4S Botswana is looking for a Training Officer to deliver technical training across the company. The successful candidate will ensure that training aligns with business needs, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Basic Induction and Refresher trainings.
- Conduct customer-specific and compliance-related training.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Develop training schedules and ensure proper planning.
- Monitor quality of training and align with company KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Security Management or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
- 3 years’ experience in a training or supervisory role.
- Experience in commercial security training is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
