Overview:
BEMFAR ENTERPRISE, trading as BEMFAR QUALITY SERVICE, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of office operations and administrative tools.
Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office support functions.
-Maintain organized records and filing systems (both digital and physical).
-Provide professional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
-Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
-Assist in general office upkeep and ensure smooth communication between departments.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support office operations.
Requirements and Skills:
-Diploma in Office Administration or an equivalent qualification.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proven record-keeping and documentation abilities.
-Good customer service orientation.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
-Ability to operate and troubleshoot common office equipment.
