Overview
Metropolitan Lesotho, a proud subsidiary of Momentum Group listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, is looking for two dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join its team in Maseru. The successful candidates will support the Regional Manager South and be instrumental in driving sales performance while managing relationships with key stakeholders across Maseru and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the performance of the sales team to meet and exceed targets
-Set clear sales standards and expectations
-Oversee and check new business applications
-Ensure productivity levels and acceptable business quality while managing associated risks
-Deliver training sessions on Metropolitan products and services
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments
Minimum Requirements
–Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management with at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
OR
– Degree in Financial Management with 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Administration
-Certificate of Proficiency (COP) will be an added advantage
