Overview:
FNB Lesotho is looking for a driven and customer-oriented Multi-skilled Consultant F to join their team in Maseru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the bank’s products and services, and actively contributing to revenue growth through effective client engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service in line with performance standards.
-Promote and market the bank’s full range of products and services.
-Guide clients in transitioning from traditional transactional services to self-service channels.
-Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Address and resolve customer complaints, especially those related to collection activities.
-Identify cross-selling opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
-Comply with all operational procedures and the bank’s “Golden Rules.”
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a financial services or customer-facing role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with FNB products is an added advantage.
