Key Responsibilities
-Deliver standout customer experiences and act as a Sportscene brand ambassador.
-Identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales to hit individual and store targets.
-Stay on top of streetwear and sneaker trends; showcase the full product range confidently.
-Drive add-on sales and seek new selling opportunities on the floor.
-Replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
-Support basic POS, queue control, fitting room service, and after-sales service as needed.
-Follow store SOPs for security, shrinkage prevention, housekeeping, and health & safety.
Requirements & Skills
–Matric (Grade 12) โ essential.
-Proven service mindset with a sales-driven attitude and strong work ethic.
-Confident communicator; comfortable engaging diverse customers in a fast-paced setting.
-Results-oriented, proactive, and able to show initiative.
-Advantageous: prior retail experience representing a quality/lifestyle brand.
-Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and shifts based on business needs.
