Ingredients:
- 1 packet Tennis biscuits (for layering)
- 1 tin NestlΓ© Caramel Treat
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 2 bars Cadbury Dairy Milk Mint Crisp chocolate
Instructions:
- Whip the Cream:
Pour 500 ml of fresh cream into a mixing bowl and whisk until thick and fluffy. - Combine:
Add 1 tin of caramel treat to the whipped cream and mix until smooth and creamy. - Layer the Base:
In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of Tennis biscuits to cover the bottom. - Add the Cream Mixture:
Spread a layer of the caramel-cream mixture over the biscuits. - Add Crushed Chocolate:
Crush one Mint Crisp chocolate bar and sprinkle it evenly over the caramel layer. - Repeat the Layers:
Add another layer of Tennis biscuits, followed by the remaining caramel-cream mixture. - Top It Off:
Sprinkle the last of the crushed mint crisp chocolate on top. - Set the Tart:
You can refrigerate for 2β3 hours for a creamy texture or freeze for a firmer, ice-cream-like treat.
