Job Purpose
To provide efficient customer service, operate the point-of-sale system, and assist with merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring customers enjoy a positive in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Execute all point-of-sale (POS) activities accurately and efficiently
– Scan merchandise and process payments with high accuracy
– Handle cash safely and follow all cash-up procedures
– Promote and enroll customers into Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme
– Inform customers about current promotions and savings
– Deliver friendly, professional, service-oriented customer support
– Maintain merchandising, stock displays, and store housekeeping standards
– Stay updated on product ranges, promotions, and events
– Support Clicksβ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer
Knowledge Required
