Relay Jeans, part of TFG (The Foschini Group), is looking for a Sales Associate (108hr) who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and delivering excellent in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an outstanding customer experience
-Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and offering the best solutions
-Track and monitor sales performance against set targets
-Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on fashion and dΓ©cor trends
-Proactively identify opportunities to drive new sales
-Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
Qualifications & Experience
- BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent
