Overview of Roles
Assistant Company Secretary
Provide high-level company secretarial, governance, and administrative support to the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Management. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance best practices, and internal policies while facilitating seamless Board operations and stakeholder coordination.
Analyst Strategy
Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the organisation. Support transformation programmes aligned to corporate strategy and oversee customer experience improvement initiatives.
Manager Merchant Acquiring
Drive growth, performance, and profitability of the Bank’s merchant acquiring business, including POS, e-commerce, and digital merchant solutions. Expand the merchant base, optimise transaction volumes, and enhance merchant experience.
Head Data
Lead the Bank’s data function, including data governance, analytics, and reporting. Enable data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Head Credit
Oversee the credit function, ensuring prudent lending practices, sound credit risk management, and maintenance of a quality loan portfolio while supporting sustainable growth.
Head Business Banking
Lead and grow the Business Banking portfolio, driving customer acquisition, lending growth, deposits, and transactional banking while ensuring effective risk management and profitability.
Minimum Requirements (General Overview)
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Postgraduate qualification preferred for senior roles)
- Professional certifications relevant to the field (where applicable)
- Extensive experience in banking, finance, governance, strategy, or risk management depending on the role
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
