Opportunity:
- Permanent position based in Rustenburg for Admin Clerk / Receptionist role.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and distributing samples meticulously following established procedures.
- Handling sample registration and addressing related queries according to procedures.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of specimens for processing and overseeing report filing and delivery.
- Conducting hospital rounds to distribute reports and collect samples as per procedures.
- Managing administrative inquiries and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Tracking sample delivery progress and resolving any obstacles swiftly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and preparing equipment within the working area.
- Monitoring and ordering stock, coordinating delivery to doctor’s rooms.
- Representing the organization with a focus on exceptional customer care.
- Efficiently managing the reception area, directing clients, and providing excellent service.
- Handling cash transactions from patients and ensuring proper banking procedures.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Advantageous to have a Bsc Degree.
