Position Available: DriveCam Driving Instructor/Trainer – Code 14

Essential Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate
- Certified Driving Instructor/Trainer – Code 14
- Proficient with DriveCam System (Essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Driver Instructor at Code 14 level
- SETA registered (Essential)
- Experience in Code 14 Driver Instruction & Training (Essential)
- Basic computer literacy required; must be energetic with a good attendance and punctuality record
- Excellent English communication skills
- Duties include practical training of Code 14 drivers, classroom instruction, developing training schedules, contributing to training material, coaching, mentoring, performance reporting, driver learnership recruitment, and competition assistance
- Clean criminal record and excellent health
- Valid Code 14 driver’s license & PDP (no endorsements) (Essential)
- Own reliable vehicle/transportation
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting practical and classroom training for Code 14 drivers
- Creating training schedules and contributing to material development
- Mentoring and coaching trainee drivers
- Reporting trainee performance to management
- Recruiting for driver learnerships and supporting competitions

Package & Compensation:
