Overview:

Responsibilities:
-Engage in a structured training program that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical, on-the-job experience.
-Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, electronic, process, chemical, or civil systems.
-Participate in technical projects, providing support in planning, execution, and analysis.
-Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
- Learn and apply industry-standard safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within technical processes.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and progress within the learnership program.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Fully completed S4, or
- National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Process, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or
- B Tech in any of the above disciplines.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
