Overview
TSU Protection Services is seeking a responsible and organized driver with a focus on safety to join our team in Cape Town. The primary role of the driver will be to transport staff between our various locations and sites. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of safe driving, who enjoys being on the road, discovering new places, and interacting with different people.
Responsibilities
-Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the company vehicle; smoking, eating, or drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
-Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle, including checks on oil and water levels, tire pressure, shocks, and spare tire. Ensure the vehicle’s license is up-to-date.
-Report any defects, losses, or damages to the vehicle to management immediately.
- Coordinate all vehicle services and repairs with Fleet and/or Logistics Management.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel drive the company vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, including no driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Valid Code 10 driver’s license.
- Certification: PSIRA registered with a minimum of Grade C.
- Experience: Previous driving experience is advantageous.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a driver’s evaluation.
- Must reside in the Western Cape, specifically in the Cape Town area.
