Overview

Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our team at Kia Sandton. The successful candidate will provide technical and diagnostic services while working towards mastering skills in line with predefined work objectives and standard operating procedures. This apprenticeship is designed to enhance your technical knowledge and practical skills, preparing you for a future career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate any unresolved issues.
  • Achieve performance targets according to established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Report on transactional activities to provide accurate information for decision-making.
  • Perform tasks in compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
  • Execute activities effectively and efficiently to avoid financial losses.
  • Ensure work activities meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
  • Attend training programs to improve work quality and enhance personal skills.
  • Support assigned technicians to gain practical learning experience.
  • Participate in training and development activities as outlined in the training logbook and program.

Qualifications and Experience

  • National Senior Certificate with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science.
  • Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates at NQF Level 04.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
  • Valid South African driver’s license.
