Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our sales staff, helping to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations within our sales department.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide administrative support to sales agents and team leaders.

-Handle customer and internal queries and provide relevant information to managers or team leaders.

-Follow up on queries or cases until they are fully resolved.

-Ensure high levels of service delivery by promptly responding to all requests for assistance, including emails and phone calls.

  • Perform data entry and manage client information accurately.
  • Check and review policy schedules as required.
  • Transcribe calls to support managers and team leaders in decision-making.
  • Keep client data up to date and accurately log cases in the system.
  • Undertake any additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or customer care in a similar role.
  • Experience in short-term insurance is advantageous.
  • Excellent telephone skills with a professional manner and the ability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.
