Walk-In Applications for Code 14 Truck Drivers in Uitenhage/Gqeberha
Are you an experienced Code 14 truck driver looking for a new opportunity? Hestony Transport is hosting walk-in applications and testing for both local and long-distance drivers from Tuesday, 10 September 2024 to Thursday, 12 September 2024. If you meet the requirements, this is your chance to apply in person at our Uitenhage Depot, located on Kruisriver Road.
Important Information
We are seeking drivers who can operate 24-ton, 30-ton, and 36-ton trucks for local and long-distance routes. Please ensure you meet the qualifications listed below to avoid delays in the application process. This opportunity is only available to RSA citizens.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Code 14 (EC) License: Must be at least 2 years old (we may consider candidates with a 1-year-old Code 14 license if you have held a Code 10 license for at least 3 years).
- Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience: You must provide contactable references to verify your work history.
- Age: Between 25 and 65 years old.
- Professional Driving Permit (PDP): Your PDP must be valid for at least 3 more months from the date of your application.
- Original Documentation: Please bring your ID, valid licenses, and passport (if applicable) when you apply.
