An exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator has opened up in Randburg Ferndale. The successful candidate will report directly to the office manager and play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including emails, WhatsApp, and Facebook
  • Invoicing using Pastel software
  • Data capturing
  • Managing and processing orders
  • Filing and maintaining organized records
  • Keeping track of all transactions

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Valid driver’s license

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Alternative Saturdays: 9 am to 12 pm

Salary:

  • Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
